Worth Hills Parking Garage



Worth Hills Parking Garage as of 1 April 2016


Scope: The Worth Hills Parking Garage project includes the design and construction of TCU’s second parking structure.  This cast-in-place six-level structure with precast skin is being built over an active creek and will be approximately 391,400 sf, with 1,199 parking spaces inside the garage.

The garage, which will provide parking for students residing in Worth Hills, will be located just West of the Worth Hills Greek Village Development and South of Amon G. Carter Stadium.  It will be accessed from the West side of the relocated Pond Drive as well as the Physical Plant Parking Lot.  With student safety in mind, the design will be open on all sides, well lit and monitored by TCU Police.
